"Before the American States were joined together, they used to stake out their territory. They had militias. They used to fight and argue... "This is our territory". "No !! It's OURS !!" When they joined the States together, the government lined out the States and everyone agreed. That was the end of their territorial disputes. If you want the end of war, we MUST declare the Earth "common heritage" of all the world's people.
